Enquiry regarding: GCC Market Development

By sending this request, you agree that Horizon Strategies may use the information provided to respond to your enquiry, as explained in the privacy notice.

Bring the decision, not a polished pitch.

The initial enquiry is most useful when it names the decision your organisation is trying to make, the market evidence already available and the questions that remain unresolved. A concise, evidence-aware request is more valuable than a broad presentation.

What to include

Provide enough context to assess relevance without sending confidential files or a complete data room.

  • Your organisation, offer and target customer: what you provide, for whom, and which evidence supports the proposition.
  • The country or region under consideration, your current presence and any market, customer or partner work already completed.
  • The decision and timing: what leadership needs to decide, why the question matters now and what a useful next step would change.
  • Known constraints and evidence gaps, including licensing, procurement, delivery, local presence, counterpart, financing or internal-resource questions.
  1. 1 · Fit and evidence review

Every request is reviewed directly. Horizon checks whether the question is within scope, whether the market and decision are sufficiently defined and which material gaps prevent a useful discussion. An enquiry is not acceptance of an engagement.

  2. 2 · Focused discussion

Where the request is relevant, the conversation tests the decision, evidence, assumptions and unknowns. It also separates work that can use public Business Intelligence from company-specific advisory, commercial activation or specialist legal, tax and regulatory input.

  3. 3 · Defined next step

If further work is justified, a written scope identifies the decision question, inputs, outputs, responsibilities, review points and commercial terms. No research mandate, outreach, introduction or representation begins without separate agreement and an appropriate lawful basis.
